  • I think her AM Standing Abs( I think that's the title) workout is the best because the day after i do that excersize(sp.) my stomach is flatter the next day

  • I have this video, and just got the new one Hip Hop cardio...or something....This one seems like it's a lot less complicated, but it took awhile for me to get the hang of this one too...but I always had fun, and the time went by sooo fast! At the end, I'd be like what? Done already? I'm gonna be trying this new one now....but I'm anxious, and kinda apprehensive cuz I watched the step guide, and I could't hardly keep up in slow motion! lol

  • me and my friend do this dvd together and its fun to do with a friend. we were dripping with sweat when we were done. it gives you a really great workout.

  • I do this every night while watching my calories im on a 2000 calorie diet but i eat less than that originally every day and my stomach is flatter as well but we should all make a diet plan that goes with your own body also this is a fun and easy work out!
