The only 2 minute Local Forecast clip I caught of the Intellistar with blue text, which was updated the next day. The biggest snow since December 2005 (which ironically had the same snowfall amount here) is about to strike lower Michigan, after about an inch of snow and sleet overnight. When all was said and done, about 8.6" of snow fell at the airport, with amounts nearing 10 inches around Grand Ledge, and upwards of 18 inches well northwest of the area. Song is "Joy of Being" by Joseph Atkins, a very fitting song.

I guess they're not viewed as urgent as a severe weather warning.

  • the biggest snowstorm in Yakima for the 2007-08 winter season happened on November 28-29,2007 with 14.6" of snow fell in 24 hours

  • This song is "Joy of Being" by Joseph Akins.

  • 10-15 INCHES! GODDANG! Instead Of HEAVY Snow I Think COVER-YOUR-HEAD-THIS-IS-VERY-FREAKIN-HEAVY

    - Snow Would Suit It Better

  • How come winter storm warning tickers don't have the alert tone?

  • Aaron, do you know the name of this song?
