  • @mgallant01 Maybe you live in a rock, but the original plan didn't pass... yet it was popular among most Americans. And yes democrats may lose in november, but not because the public option buy in or the medicare buyin were not popular (like you seem to imply), but because it didn't pass thanks to republicans and lobbyists. On the other hand, I don't know who to vote in nov either.

  • its been a year and a half. he has done nothing, and things he did do where with bribes and payoffs. bush gave money to Africa for AIDS research, got rid of saddam. You wont have to worry about iraq, since obama is pulling the troops out.

Attorney Marc Falkoff, who represents some of the Yemeni detainees, said that his clients might prefer to remain in Guantanamo rather than move into the more stark conditions at Thomson. The link is on wikipedia at 205. maybe you should try reading. Besides, i would rather be taken prisoner by the us then a terrorist group
