Fox 31 News story with Charles Tendell of eCSi and Stephen Scajaghy of Rothgerber Johnson & Lyons in Denver. Sit down with Nina Sprano to discuss how digital evidence has infiltrated today's modern courts. "What you type text or email can, and will, be used against you in a court of law"

Just as your credit card leaves a history of your purchases or a GPS tracks your location, in the digital world, we leave our prints on just about every device we touch.
