T-Town's 400m Relay at the State Meet

I wanted to show people a little bit about myself, and I thought this was perfect. I am a starter of sprints and relays, which is where my name comes from, and I got put into this race around the middle of the season. This is possibly one of the best days of my life.

This features "Clocks" by Coldplay. Oh yeah, beware the mom yelling in the background. You'll know what I'm talking about.

Thanks XD Our team for the 4x4 really sped up this past season, my senior year, we got 5th in states. Our 4x1 didn't place, but hey that's alright. I wish I could have put up another race, but the quality on the dvd was kinda poor and I don't even know if I could have taken clips from the dvd. Maybe in the future.

What was your 4x4 time (I like that race much better)?

Our girls are pretty fast too. They just set a school record, but they didn't qualify for states with a 3:56

You must be a division I school or in a really fast region. Our mile relay time was 4:02.

I have a very lousy selection of music (if you can call it a collection) but I thought "Clocks" fit pretty well for something that revolves around time.

It's their video and their moment in the sun. Just cuz you can run faster is like saying you shouldn't be proud of your accomplishments just because Michael Johnson or Jeremy Wariner can run faster than you. This is the place to share videos, and maybe other people get great joy from seeing these girls accomplishment. So shut up with the putdowns.

ai u tit this is a relay so its 4 100s not one person runnin a flat 400 so if ur changeovers are good then u shud be runnin faster than 50 seconds with 4 of u

Bodwizer... a 50 second 400 for a high school girl would be a world record. For a guy, it would be good, but not amazing.

Our region is Palm Beach County to Miami, FL. We have very competitive sprinters.
