Blue Skies produces fresh from harvest prepared fruit products from Ghana, Egypt, South Africa and Brazil, which they sell to major retailers across Europe. All of their operations in Ghana and Egypt are LEAF Marque certified, and they intend to get the rest signed up to the scheme in the future. We caught up with Simon Derrick, Blue Skies' Communication Manager, to find out what they're all about, their ethos and why they work with LEAF.
