Do you guys notice an American Navy Admiral in that delegation? According to some of my sources, China is building some military bases on serveral islands strategically located along the coast of Burma which can be a future security threat to U.S military interest or at least a deterrent. So, it is important to negotiate with Burmese governemnt before the country is totally transfromed into Chinese's puppet.
