Damn thats what you call a total body workout. Them cats are doing taebo kicks, double squats, left-right jabs, spins and shit. They would easily sweep award shows today with that great stuff. But more importantly, they'd surely be the Brand Embassadors for Bally's Fitness.

@CalvinWeems Well in the Jackson quintet only really Jackie, Marlon and Michael composed the dancing section of the band and Michael had free reign to improvise and then lock into the Marlon and Jackie at scheduled parts within songs.
Also while I really really like five star and and blown away by their energy and symmetry, I think they put a little to many different moves into this song which could have been done differently - even conservatively - and by so, improved it a tad. but luv em

I may get criticized for this,but I think even though they were MJ influenced ,The Jacksons as a group look like amateurs with limited moves compared to Five Star.

321 - Ted Rogers, Dustybin July 1986 - Classic! I think I have the bit where Lorraine delivers those stupid stupid clues to the table... anyone else think it's Sted eye super-imposed on the backdrop? I think I remember the theme on this show being New York and I bet loads of people thought Five Star were A-merry-can after this. Just adore Denise's lip synching!!!
