This story is so fake. 35 ppl wouldn't run from 1 person. It's common sense that police take it to the next level if the attacker doesn't obey them-they don't just sit there and do nothing. And that chink wouldn't get aa not criminally responsible. This story is fake but the Jae-hyeon Kim story is real- there's a picture of the Korean Prime Minister next to his burial.
