On Monday, August 11, 2008, Shadow Morris, our cute 5 and 1/2 year old Black Holland Lop female bunny was murdered by two dogs. Buttercup barely escaped with his life, only because he ran while Shadow tried to fight. He was still banged up and traumatized. We put them in their pen early morning. About noon, it started to rain, which loosend the cinder blocks in a mudslide. The dogs then just had to move the metal rod and open the gate. They two of them must have found a pregnant and heavy Shadow a more fun target than the lithe Buttercup. When we got there, it was too late for her. As if to add insult to injury, the dogs had eaten the rabbit pellets, celery, and carrots in the bunny pen.
We miss you terribly Shadow, and you were loved Greatly. I hope you look down at us from Bunny Heaven from time to time. Bye bye "Shade".

did he really fite the dogs???were they yours?? when my hamster died a long time ago my dog dug him up and threw his pieces all over the house...:(((

Your video really breaks my heart, since I have a rabbit named Buttercup as well. But, luckily I keep her inside. But, why did u take numerous photos of your rabbit that had passed away?
