I LOVED bubsy as a kid. got all the way to the train level when i was 8 or 9 but yeah game gets hard

When you said about the balancing-on-the-ledge animation ripping off sonic, not sure if sonic was the first to do that but it was a tradition for me and my brothers, whenever we got a new game we'd watch the rolling demo at the title screen, see what the character's "waiting" animation is, and stand on the edge to see if they had an animation for that. Lots of games did :)

i could never play through the second level of this game cause of those stupid pianos coming down the hill at you. it sound sas though they're alive and they're making these horrible groaning noises. nightmare fuel. almost as bad for me as the Mad Piano
