Yes, I certainly hope so. It is not without it's own cost, but defending yourself *in court* from this kind of Prosecutorial Misconduct is a Citizen responsibility. The Courts, the whole "Justice System" as we know it have become much too reliant on the plea bargain method. Citizens can and *do* defend themselves from LE misconduct.

Legal name? In what context was she speaking? Is she liable to have a legal name? A legal name which tells the officer she has a social security card. This is what makes her a "US Citizen", a United States Franchise.
The better question is she a "US Citizen" or is she a living soul? Is she a living soul commonly reffered to as Ivy? If so then she did not perform disorderly conduct. Along with that she doesn't own the LEGAL name at all and she doesn't ever have to associate herself with it atALL
