Master the Pushup. This can be done daily. You walk and squat using your legs everyday right? Legs are generally bigger than your arms....I wonder why? So start incorporating push ups daily into your regimen. I dare you....watch what happens!

And as for the comment about beginners: pushups can be for beginners! Even if you can only do 1 at a time, keep doing 1 then work up to 2, then to 3, then to 4 and eventually you'll find you're not a beginner anymore!
