  • thanks man

  • wow ur gd hard nut while u throw tht elbow ill pop u in the face with a spin heal kick look im 13 and 1 belt away from a black belt and i can get MY BLOODY HANDS UP so u being a "expert" in this is just a little imbarasing on the up side u have hard punches.

  • Pivot your feet dog

  • if i were you i would cover while im throwin that elbow... BITCH!

  • Ive never seen a worse youtube vid trying to teach you stuff... Seriously do he want to make people bad at this or what?

  • next time go slower i did not know what combo you were doing. I had to look at the title of the video

  • omfg ur fast lol

  • I agree with erthdirt1, the first thing you learn in muay thai as far as elbows go is the most impotant hand is the right hand that he should have at his forehead for protection. Remember, if your close enough to elbow him, he's close enough to elbow YOU, bad form on that elbow

  • also u have to get to that range of ur opponent, too risky unless u've placed urself there already...most likely u will not get that close...unless u two are tired as fuk, then ur combos will become useless as there are no power and elbows takes alot from one, if it doesnt it, ur opponent has the chance to KO u...

  • advanced??....i must be good then, got it within 6 rounds of practice...but nice info..nice vid..
