what orange hubs and rims/spokes were those and what was the final price on all the components and frame? thinking about getting a 2012 fr 20 and switching to mid travel like yours later on.

@Mdcbiking The hubs are red Hope Pro 2, DT Comp spokes and EX5.1D rims (now renamed to EX500).
I had many components from my old bike, sold all the new from the complete FR30 so price-wise the build did not come to anything crazy.

@TheScottfreeride, they are Hayes Stroker ACE, one piece 4-pot caliper construction. Among the Stroker range these are the strongest one.

@MeeowsyMcDermott, THOMSON seem to focus on machined (CNC) bike parts and many other not bike related products. I recommend to check out their website to see what their business is about.
