Nizigar- the me is just a thought - that gets associated with body mind or sensation - in your case energetic sensation. The I thought was seen through HERE - and it was associated with a sense of contraction at the right side of the chest. Yet upon being seen through or in its absence - there is the clear recognition it was always only a thought or idea. Simply recognize it was an object. SEEING itself is without centre. Beyond subject and object. Always So.

@RoastLambShanks Thoughts arising. A seeker seeking the knower of the thought. No knower can be found. But thoughts are known. I can't find the knower but I know the thought. What am I? I don't know, but I know the thought. There is no knower of thought to be found. But I know thought. What knows thought? I don't know but thought is known. to date, not me.
