Charted at #71 on Billboard Pop chart in October 1957, and #15 on Billboard Country chart. Bonnie's biggest hit was "Dark Moon" which was a top 10 hit earlier in the year. She continued to chart several times on the country chart over the next decades.

  • Infectious!!!

What?!! This didn't reach number one anywhere? Ridiculous!

Dude, this song is so going to make an appearance at the next kick back. Yup, slowly but surely, my bros are gonna learn what good music is. You think I can find Bonnie Guitar on Amazon?

Man, I don't know how many times I'm gonna keep playing this song over and over! Haha! Like I said, infectious!

Thank you, Bonnie Guitar+musicians, you rock! And thanks to TheLimePopsicle for putting this up.

  • @kaybaz1 You are so welcome!

  • are you the person who had Dark Moon by Bonnie posted here until it was blocked a couple of weeks ago?

  • @bon1042 No, I haven't posted "Dark Moon".

  • Thank you so much! I don't how many times I heard this "Dark Moon" and "Scarlet Ribbons" when I was a child. Bonnie Guitar was one of my mother's favorites. Thank you for putting this up so I could hear it one more time and think of my Mother.

  • Love this song. I listen to it A LOT.!

  • I was a student and guitar player in the early 1970's. I was washing dishes at the Elks club in Lake City Seattle at night where Bonnie and her band would play once a month or so. I had to pass behind the stage with stacks of dishes for the buffet line. Bonnie would always say hi, how you doin' and talk with the help when she was waiting to go on stage. One of the kindest people I have ever met. And what a beautiful voice. Thanks Bonnie, you are a peach.

  • i wanna download this album again in downloadmusic .im

  • Thanks so much for this. When I was little my mom and I would play this over and over--that was 54 years ago....such great memories--thank you for posting.
