for ALL: in germanian countries and nearly all over europe NIKITA is a GIRLS name - for sure, i know girls called nikita, only in RUSSIA it's a boy's name

Got my little "Nikita" story:
Must have been in 84 or 85, I was crossing the border from Berlin into East Germany at Drei Linden transit checkpoint.
Drove a bronze 79 Olds Cutlass with civilian licence plates. About 50 ft away a group of East German border-guards walked by and among them the most beautiful female guard I have ever seen. .
She gave me a long, warm look and I just gazed back.
She was approx 25 yrs. of age
