I was at this gig in Swansea in 2002 , a few others and 2 weeks ago . Rod`s had an unique voice and will be much missed. Duke D`Mond (behind) is no longer in the Barron Knights, ill-health I think. He is also missed from the live stage . He has a stunning singing voice despite being in a comedy band! His performance of Rag Doll a few years ago would have wiped Frankie Valli off the stage. Sadly the 60s bands are losing their original members one by one.

Yes I miss Duke as well, his covers of 'Homely girl' and 'How bout us' were real gems. With Rod belting out 'My prayer' and 'Its over' etc all in our local theatre, how lucky we were.
