  • how does he make those violin noizes???? at the begining

  • Really I think it's just his playing style a little, but if you're refering to at about :30, I think it's just the way verlaine plays and he is probably using the volume knob on the guitar as a sort of tremolo effect... by turning the volume knob quicky low and then high

  • Thanxx when is this concert from?

  • June 16th .. like about week ago. I twas free and at Central Park in NYC

  • Fantastic! Can't wait for part2!

  • Bad news.. I didn't get to tape part two. I was trying to save time on the camera for Marquee Moon, as I figured it'd be like a 15 minute performance (and it was)... but it turned out I only got 3/1/2 minutes of Marquee Moon, as I got shut down by a security guard.

  • @desasterz He's fast-picking and using the sharp edge of it going sideways. Brilliant!

  • IK KENDE DE VERSIE VAN DIT LIED VAN DE GROEPN SIOUXSIE AND THE BANSHEES EN STREET DUCKS uit LEUVEN IN BELGIE WAAR OM HET OVER HET WOORD TELEVISIE (TELEVISION) EN belgie TE HEBBEN EEN MAN WOONT DIE ooit miljardair geweest is, maar nu......een beetje achterstallige schulden heeft : 17,5 Miljard Euro !!!

    Liefs Van "Didi Flamenco Belgica"

  • So few views? Tremendously sad! They were really big in the day. But then Paul Simon walked out on their show, and that was it for them. The Grateful Dead of Punk. Tom Verlaine is an incredible guitarist, I expected more. To think this band turned down Dee Dee Ramone in an audition!

  • punk

  • Awesome guitarrist

  • @TheGreatGallbo no, i meant at 0.36

  • You know what.. I heard Siouxsie's version first so it always sticks with me. I love this version also, and absolutely see your point.

  • @fredfosterx You're kidding, right? Siouxie's version has no soul, no fireworks, no sweat...

  • I like this song and Siouxsie Sioux's version (Siouxsie's better).
