(EXCEDRIN=Excedrin Migraine HAS same ingredients!)---65mg per tablet, and it calls for 2 tabs ) AVOID CAFFEINE! When you start to feel the migraine coming on...Use caffeine as a med._small amount 4 oz of caffeinated soda or 1/2 cup coffee.

He's right about the magnesium..i take liquid magnesium with water and it's gone in 10 mins.I'm also licking raw unrefined celtic sea salt and taking spirulina at the same time.

i have refused to take any form of medication or painkillers since having my first migraine in 1997. I have learned how to treat it and what causes them. Now i just do what i need to.And i can actually stop the migraine before it gets a hold,and can also prevent it from ever happening. Mine are caused by mineral depletion due to sugar robbing my body of minerals that my brain needs to keep functioning combined with dehydration.So i remove sugar entirely and boost my water and mineral intake.
