stop saying that we cant get this big even if we take steriods, i wrokout very hard for 4 years now.when you take steriods you will get bigger and stronger so they lift heavy and makes you think they work very hard,we work very hard too just that we dont have thr str to lift that heavy without steriods

practically a full page on steroids. Fuck that. How bout we talk about this kid's accomplishments. I mean guys just arent pro big at his age anymore and he's doing a tremendous job. I think that with a year off and him perhaps adding some size to his delts and hams would make him right up there with some of the better guys.
