  • i really like dhis video of urs. becaure it is all about; 'Tai Chi' which is a tradical-style from china.. in the land of china there's is a traple, insides their were a shalion monks or buddia monks as well... besides "Chi or Ki'" enegry is still insides of u. also the [Enegry]! is a core for each and even lvilng things all around us, inculde the earth itself has a core of it.... plus if you can tap the power insides of u!! then maybe u get alot stronger. so i'm going to give it a 4-POINTS!! :)
