Aqua Harp

The Microsoft wavetable synthesizer doesn't sound very good, in this video you can hear it the SB X-Fi Synth and the free lite edition of MultitrackStudio, with which I created the MIDI.

For MultitrackStudio try Google and the first result. The Microsoft wavetable synthesizer is included in Windows, you don't have to install anything. But you should change it in MultitrackStudio with the "Studio" button, then "Devices", "Properties" and then changing the MIDI out device, if you have a better synthesizer, like a Soundblaster card or an external synthesizer. And if you have an external MIDI keyboard, the Microsoft synth has a very long latency, which is not usable for playing.

Heh, I've had viruses that hogged less memory than MuseScore.

And sometimes it crashed on my computer, but it is a nice program. I don't know any other good free program for creating sheets.

I could reproduce it with the latest stable release, when selecting a bar, then selecting the note entering mode, but without selecting a note and clicking some times on the sheet, but with the latest pre-release it didn't crash anymore, and the release notes describes a lot of fixed crashes related to the GUI, so I assume this is fixed.
