I was at the Millenium Stadium for the Wales v Scotland friendly a few years ago.

The Welsh fans respected Flower of Scotland perfectly.

Obviously, like us Scots, the only anthem they will boo is GSTQ.

Good on you guys for giving GSTQ the treatment it deserves.

Face it, it's the worst national anthem going. The anthems for Wales, Rep. Ireland and Scotland are fitting for anyone who is patriotic. "God Save The Queen" is pro-Christian and pro-Monarchy. What if you're not a Christian and you don't support the monarchy?

Luckily I don't go to many rugby matches saw Wales play England once at the millennium stadium and had to listen to one english lad being a prat every time an announcement was made in welsh, and he was with his welsh girlfriend? and worked with english people in Wales complaining about Polish people getting jobs before them they just didn't get the irony.

We feared occupation in Wales and the English end up being the 'occupied'.

How can anyone be surprised they booed the anthem? Its completely ridiculous and insulting to have it as the national anthem of Britain, it deserves to be heckled!, its about time England got their own national anthem and accept their not the whole of Britain!
