A gem among Costa Rican ecolodges set in a high altitude valley on the banks of the Savegre River. This family run lodge is not only in a beautiful place, it is in an area where the birds are both diverse and accessible. Besides hummingbirds, tanagers, and warblers this is one of the better places in Costa Rica to see Resplendent Quetzal.
Very nice footage. FYI, the family's name is Chacón (pronounced Cha/KON, not Shacon)
