@electrichimp I respect your opinion. I think Rapace was better because she spoke Swedish in the movie, as was intended by the books. Yes, I did read the books and Rapace personified how I pictured Lisbeth. I'm sure Mara was wonderful, she wouldn't have received the award nominations otherwise. However, my loyalty lies with the Swedish movies. I don't think I'm wrong, as you put it - just entitled to my opinion. Lekker dag vir jou, ne?

@mariskarabie sorry but you are wrong. rapace was good, but people need to stop putting her on a pedestal. mara is does a better job with the character. AND, if you've read the books, you have to admit that mara's lisbeth is closer to the one described by stieg larsson. rapace was very good though
