  • This song is one of the greatest songs ever. The song writers were up in the middle of the night trying to come up with some lyrics, and they were stumped, not druged out. One of the writers looked out the window and across the street was a clock on the building across the street, and the time was 25 or 6 to 4 oclock.(3:35am). The lyrics just came to them. I grew up with this band during my teens, and I still love them.

  • @cardboardrevolution

Green Day might have stolen Chicago's riff, but Chicago stole Spencer Davis Group's riff

  • @cardboardrevolution That is hilarious.

  • They should sing over the intro with:

    Green Day stole this riff

    Green Day stole this riff

    Green Day stole this riff

Green Day stole this fucking riff

  • @deruderu247 You are forgiven. Some of us were lucky enough to hear it on the radio all the time back when they just released it.

  • Yay Im the top rated comment!! well anyways I love this song!

  • Whenever I hear people nitpicking performances like this, the "could have been better if..." comment, I always think of an analogy about the visual arts: The people bent on perfection would have preferred digitally printed wallpaper instead of Michelangelo's hand in the Sistine Chapel. Mistakes are a human dimension that can add just as well as detract.. Genetically engineered auto-tune pop stars are crushing so much real talent with an overwhelming marketing presence and a steamroller of money.

  • In marching band we had a chicago theme and we got a one!

  • rock marries jazz

  • @ElderGodBrandon It's already on Rock Band 3. XD

  • SOLO!
