Hey guys, sorry for the long delay on this! After one failed run, I have got the video up!

Remember to subscribe to help me in my quest of 500 subs! All you have to do is click the Yellow Button above the description.

Enjoy!

"With the theme of Creation, the event was 15 months in the making, with a dazzling array of more than 100,000 individual pyrotechnics firing from the bridge, six barges around the harbour and the top of several skyscrapers. "

It was truly spectacular and I wish to share the moment with everyone around the world!

Please subscribe if you have a spare minute (all you have to do is click the yellow button above the description), every subscriber I get closer to the 500 - which will grant me with YouTube partner status, meaning in future videos I can upload videos longer than 10 minutes long and more than 1 GB!

I hope I got this up fast enough :P. This is what 5 million dollars buys you in pyrotechnics!

  • Sydney New Year fireworks are definitely the best in the world, and I had the privilege to be right there on NYE 2009!

I was to the right of the bridge, in that park that is beside it and goes under it. It was an alright spot, except you couldn't hear the music that went with the show and the smoke from the fireworks made it hard to see them going off.

But it was great to look over at the Sydney opera house and see a sparkling array of photographer flashes going off.

    2:54 was the best.

  • @jjjpppaaarrrkkk try hong kong.

    its all icon product.

  • I was there that year!! Aaaawww memories, miss Sydney sooo much!

  • good

  • @coffeefor1 For sure, not to take ANYTHING away from the very impressive visuals. It was the most stunning display I've ever seen!

  • @YourBrainOnReligion I absolutely love music but dont' think it's necessary for a fireworks display. The visual was more than sufficient.

  • The fireworks are amazing but damn the "choreography" (if you could call it that) really could use work. The timing is SOO on sometimes but other times its like uhhh lights don't match the music at ALL. I think all they need to do is implement a good dance choreographer and it'd be 20 times as good. Not to say it wasn't absolutely beautiful, but just playin the super critic :D

  • EPIC!!!!!!!!!

  • Hahaha Sydney rapes when it comes to New Yr's fireworks :)
