In his video resume Luis Castro, a young man with disabilities, is aimed at employers asking for a job and reminds them tax benefits and grants that are obtained by incorporating templates for people with physical, sensory or mental. Luis speaks clearly, bluntly and explains why a company should hire him. The character of "Luis" is characterized by a person with Down syndrome and in real life has gotten a job. However he is the voice of a whole group that has much to offer society and has no opportunity to prove themselves.
This is our first work for the ONCE Foundation and FSC Inserta, their job placement agency. An awareness campaign that aims to encourage employment and training of persons with disabilities.
