Mine started falling apart after 3 months.
Mine is also the new inproved for 2012 model(new ice pack and newer trays)
Customers service is the worst I have ever dealt with.
It took 2 weeks of emails and a few from the place I bought it from to get a reply.
They finally replaced my ripping black bag with a pink/grey bag.
What am I to do with that?Havent got the time to deal with these people anymore.

Thanks, everyone. For $30, I wouldn't have done any research, but given the premium, I thought would ask around and everyone is saying the same thing...glad I asked. Thanks again.

I had one as well, and the entire bad was utterly destroyed after normal usage in just 10 months. I have have a video review too - 6 pack bag (10 month review). Same stuff other ppl are complaining about, zippers popping off and the liners ripping. Not worth the money they charge you, and customer service is a complete JOKE.

@CoachTerp The bag has almost fell all apart. The zipper came off the material and won't zip to close around the first corner. The inside lining has came off the material as well. Would love to see a better way to close the conpartments instead of a zipper. It's a great idea for all the meal, just needs those finishing touches to help keep it all together. But then again...they won't make money on a product that last forever!

How's the bag holding up? I've seen a few videos and a number of reviews that show the liner ripping out after 10-12 months of normal usage; yours still going strong?

I got one of these too - have you figured out the ice pack? They are flat - how do they keep your food cold? Other videos show the standard thick blue ice cube style.

Just put the pack under water for a few minutes and put it in the freezer. FYI... it doesnt last long...i recommend getting a thin ice pack at the store if they sell them.
