I agree that its not that difficult. Now if the sea swell was 5 foot and the wind was blowing hard I can see that would be difficult.

How many people one would need to moor a 22 footer?
Simpliest task when powering...Keep a line from bow, hook the buoy from the cockpit,tie the line, kill the engine, finish up by securing the mooring line...

Not so difficult task, but something that every boat owner should be able to do in these conditions.
