http://www.tillersinternational.org/international/currentproject_uganda.html To accelerate the diffusion of improved practices in animal-powered farming, Tillers first trains trainers in a number of small improvements and then builds their capacities while they first work as assistants and later as lead trainers. This piece was taped by Dick Roosenberg in the spring of 2008 near Gulu and Kitgum Uganda. Several of the Ugandan trainers have even worked in Sudan and Mozambique in 2010. It is great to coach their their development in leadership and expertese. These training were done in collaboration with CRS and PeaceHarvest. In 2010 Tillers' trainers have taught classes to about 1,800 farmers -- 10 to 25 at a time.

this is so beautiful! The u.s.a. thinks they are so advanced with their technology, but these people are learning something so real. Hard work ,compassion for their cows, growing their own food. This combined makes for peaceful people, as we can see in this video. Great video, 5 stars and favorited!
