Yeah, this video sounds about right.

America is pretty stupid, but then again so are most countries.

It would be more accurate to say that people are just generally idiots.

He's right. If he's only say WHY he thinks everyone's stupid. Here's why: he thinks (correctly) that people, due to religious beliefs, mostly, completely forget voting their own interests and are basically duped, by the republicans, who never do anything for the middle class on down, and these people are basically duped into voting for them based on their personalities, would you like coffee with them, stupid abortion...stupid gay rights. Yes, people are stupid. Vote your interests!!!

@ptsmmrs Banker made. And right when he got into office, he paid them off. Noam Chomsky explains it all pretty well in his books or if you search for him on here. Actually, he pretty much explains how everything works. I think that's where Maher gets a most of his material...Chomsky, not Carlin.
