@edadan2009 My dear brother, I have already died in my sins, and afterward was forced to confront the Truth. The Truth is no longer something I can believe in... I have met It, and beliefs requires a measure of uncertainty that certain knowledge, and better yet understanding, transcend. If your beliefs and your truth bring you peace, bring you closer to God, and lead you to Love God and your fellow man, then God bless you to go in peace. @edadan2009 Don’t get me wrong. I’m not arguing that all of these scripture (including the ones included into the bible) are of the same order or of the same author, I’m merely using them all “for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness”. What makes one acceptable to be called scripture while another isn’t, is a judgment of man, which is why mankind can never agree, why we wage holy war, and why there are dozens of bibles while God has but one Word.

@edadan2009 These are all scripture flowing from the line of El. The father god within the pantheon of Syria which broke away to become the one God of Judaism? I don’t know, but I do know that the idea that the whole bible is one infallible Christian book is laughable. There’s more Jewish books in the bible than Christian, and many Gospels weren’t even included in spite of that. Choices were made by men throughout the ages, so we even have a dozens of versions of the bible too.

@edadan2009 What’s your opinion of the Apocrypha? Of the Dead Sea Scrolls? The Nag Hamadi Library? The Jewish Tanakh with the Torah? The Talmud or Midrash? Of even the Quran or the Book of Mormon? Which would you consider to be on par with any book in the collection we call the bible? If “All Scripture is God-breathed”, then why are these scriptures not included (excepting the ones that are, but in differing forms of course) but others are?

@edadan2009 God inspires scripture. I’ll go that far. The idea that the bible is one infallible Christian book is erroneous. It does not have one author. It wasn’t even written by one religion or in one millennium. It is a collection of many books from Christendom and Judaism, Written and translated through Hebrew, Greek, Latin… and what made it into the collection was definitely decided by us, whether Nicene or Carthaginian Councils, or other forums of men.

i seemed to be feeling or experiencing other peoples memories. I remember seeing tatoo like marks on my finger nails. MY hands were shaking uncontrolably like thousands of volts of electric were going through them. I beleive i used mind over matter to come back to life. IT as though i had to make a choice. Maybe it could of been the effects of bad drugs but perhaps i died form some kind of poison and came back to life. I just had this strong feeling i had died and i was somewhere else

I experienced something when i was pressured into taking some dodgy lsd which could well of been anything or poison. All i remember is this place whch was a state of mental conciousness and some kind of mental prison with no physical feeling. IT was wierd it was kind of based on spiritual turns and i remember drifting in and out of this place. I'm convinced i died and came back to life. It seemed to be memories of many different life events. i seemed to be feeling how other people had died

@edadan2009 Well the Bible says many things and you can't treat it like a buffet, you'll take one part of it as true, but not hold true to the other parts. It's man made, God may have had a part in it but people wrote it, humans with human ideas and human prejudices and influences wrote it. It's not infallible.
