Oh I see, so these traps are "comfort traps." How kind and compassionate!!!!! I suppose this is the pathetic trapper's excuse to abuse animals whilst being in ignorant denial. You think you are doing a humane job? You are so deluded!! Look at the darkness you hold in your heart!!!! Humans have destroyed everything. Nature is far wiser then us and knows how to take care of itself without any help from us. First we kill nature and then presume to find solutions that stink NO THANK YOU

First of all Adam Roberts needs to get his facts straight about how steel leg hold traps actually work. They DO NOT slam on an animals foot.The springs used in traps are not strong enough to crush or break an animal bone. They hold the animal in comfort. The public needs to know the real truth about trappers and the trapping industry. The public should realize that we control wildlife populations through managing this natural resource to help fight disease spread hunger and malnutrition.
