Many years ago, due to expansion of Henderson Road from Redhill to Keppel, Mount Faber inevitably formed Mount Faber (Now) and Telok Blangah Hill, so the bridge is to REUNION the two hills. And serves as a vital link of various parts of Southern Ridges. As such, with Forest Walk, the waves were the favorites spots to the tourists as well as the locals, especially during the weekends.
