you could tell keith didnt look too good here because if you watch his old grey whistle test interview from 3 years before this he looks like a different man its a fucking shame he died how he did but he was keith moon hed have done something daft and died some other way it was a matter of time

Keith moon was the greatest percussionist of all time. Drummers are guys like John Bonham, Charlie Watts, Ringo Starr, Neil Peart, and Ginger Baker. The difference? If you gave Keith a toilet lid, bucket, trash can, and 2 lengths of wooden dowel he could make it sound incredible. Drums were just a consequence of the business. He didn't drum like a drummer because he wasn't one. He was just incredible.

Keith was the Freddie of drums.
And that's saying something.
