Haunted A Jonas Horror Story (Chapter 125)

AN: this story has taken me nearly two years to write completely with choices, it's a really big part of my life and i'm really sad to see it go but i'm really happy to be moving on from these stories to. For the last year i have been writing stories with original characters in and at some point i would love to share them with you guys, just maybe not on YouTube. I'll still be keeping my account on YouTube though because even though my story may be finished i still like to talk to you guys. If you think about it i've been talking to some of you for well over a year. I think i would miss you guys :(

The soft movement of melody's thumb across his palm woke him from his thoughts as Nick turned to face the girl that had been missing from his life for far too long. Her awed smile told him everything he needed to know. This was the beginning that they had all been longing for. Nick had no idea where his life was heading to but right now he couldn't have cared less he was 18 and for the first time in a long time his future looked more than bright.

Let the rain come down and wash away my tears
Let it fill my soul and drown my fears
Let it shatter the walls for a new, new sun
A new day has come

Melody was in complete awe of the tiny child before her. Without even knowing it this little girl had pulled through for her family more than melody could have ever of dream of doing. With no embarrassment melody was inspired by the little girl's actions at her mere existence. Melody smiled softy placing her free hand to the glass, the little girl stirred. She had her mother's chin melody thought abruptly granting a brisk chuckle to escape her lips. At once Melody felt all eyes on her. She felt her smile weaken but only for a moment. Ignoring Nick's curious look she met eyes with the ones that had made her stumble. Joe.
He was watching her hesitantly as if to hold her at arm's length and Melody knew why. Out of everyone here Joe was still to forget to forgive her .Was it for leaving his brother or his Chloe, Melody wasn't truly sure. It didn't surprise Melody that she herself had come to this conclusion in fact maybe she believed his ways of thinking to. Maybe things wouldn't have got this bad if she just hadn't left. Though Nick had been there for Chloe it was barely in time and he hadn't been her best friend. It had taken time for Chloe to trust Nick as it did for Nick to truly trust Chloe. During the time that both she and Joe had missed, Nick and Chloe had lived a part of their lives together that both she and Joe would never truly understand or be a part of. Melody knew why Joe was yet to forgive her. He saw himself in her and how could he begin to forgive her if he hadn't began to forgive himself. Both Joe and Melody had left them when they had needed them the most. Melody smiled at Joe determinedly before squeezing Nick's hand gently in hers, she was going to make it up Nick to everyone. She was going nowhere but here.

Where it was dark now there's light
Where there was pain now there's joy
Where there was weakness, I found my strength

Like the first glimpse of Day break through the longing darkness Joe felt warmth seeping through his fingertips. It had been so very long and for a moment Joe stood rigid beside his niece's bassinet unsure of how to react. Once upon a time he knew that he would have jumped at the moment of pure happiness but now the unfamiliar feeling startled him slightly. His world had never looked this bright this inviting in a long time and it was down to the people that surrounded him. From being alone for so long he was now surrounded by the people that meant the most to him and it was all down to her his niece. The entire light all the warmth in the room was radiating because of her and Joe wasn't quite sure what to do. Over every mixed emotion flooding his body the longing to reach out to the girl beside him was unbearable. Joe had never wanted to hold Chloe as much as he did right now. As much as his eyes were trained to his niece they always came back to her. He risked a quick glance at Chloe to find her already watching him a curious expression spread across her lips. Joe felt his pulse start to race as his hand clenched slightly beside him. In the silence of the room Chloe tilted her bandaged head to the side smiling at him gently before turning back towards his niece. A fleeting moment of disappointed swept through him before it was replaced by innocent happiness caused by the simple action of her hand covering his. A promise, in time it would be ok.

Hush, love
I see a light in the sky
Oh, it's almost blinding me

I've been touched by an angel with love

ok i will always love joe and chloe. there so cute. ok so i no im suppose to say what i think. but ithink u already know what i think :). ok so theres this movie called 'where the heart is' its a very good movie. and in one sence there talking about names and the women says whitney and he tells her. to name the baby something that will mean something to someone somewhere in the world so thats what i think you should do....ps i think whitney should be the name ;)

this is so good. i know i say it everytime but your progress as a writer has been amazing. like this story is amazing. i remember reading your first stories about underdogs and the one where its christmas like two years ago and this is outstanding.

I think this story is amazing and I have read choices five times And reread all of these chapters three times because your so amazing. I loved this story from the very first word of choices till one of the last chapters if this series so that's how amazing I think you are. Ps. I'm still waiting on that book ;)
