u can also use it to send the info of forms for example of.. Contact Us to ur own mail
just replace Dim Email As New MailMessage("yourmail@gmail.com", "yourmail@gmail.com", "AnySubject", body)
with this, u are sending the mail to urself.. so u will get the form on ur gmail
