***I tried to edit the vid to shave off time so you only see the lift itself but it turns it into 4:3 format and takes away HD. I need to find a better video editing program.

hmm.. u know i dont record myself.. lol but my friend recorded me doing 500 for 4 the previous week. I also attempted 550 got it up about 3/4 of the way and failed now i am doing rack deadlifts working set with 550. i have to come and train at detail once in a while.... what show are you doing?? ohhyea there is also a video of me posing----youtube ANi Posing-- lol hhaha. when are u doing your show brother??i am still waiting lol

Gotcha, next time you do Deads take a vid. I hope you not doing any of that bouncing shit of the floor and each rep is deloaded on the floor. Detail is done they closing down next month no more. Alex sent me link to your posing vid, looks like you in good shape but it's grainy video, I went to musclemania to see if they had pix and could not find any only saw "Models". I am starting my diet next week, there are 2 shows in October/November will see if my fat ass gets there.

Nick I am greatly dissapointed. I thought you would be lifting much more weight than that. I did 500lbs three weeks ago for 6 reps. Come on brother step your game up.

Oh snap Ani joining teh utubes! Congrats on the show man! I train a bit differently now. I did sets of 5 before I did this set. This is not me warming up and hitting 495 as my main set. In "Lets train!" vid I hit 515X3 and then 545 for a single check it out.
