I think a better rune build would be spamming marks of armor penetration and leaving everything else in attack damage/armor penetration.

@hipotibor You can only get armor pen marks and quints? Plus you can't get attack damage seals and glyphs because its gives you like 10 damage and so not worth it in the long haul. I understand that getting armor pen marks and quints is good but i don't think attack damage seals and glyphs is a good choice. i would go with health per leve seals and mana regen per level glyphs if that were the case!!

@LeagueTheory Trust me,it is very useful in early game and I don't even have all rune slots unlocked and I'm using different tiers of runes.

@hipotibor Wait you aren't even level 30? Thats why.. anything can work well if you are leveling up. Attack damage runebooks drop off waaay to much. Thats all i am saying. I believe the usefulness from twitch comes from other sources then just pure attack damage. You Favor Pure Damage while i favor more of utility, Both Perfectly fine, Just thats my preference and with my experience of playing twitch. If it works don't listen to me use it!

my favourite build for twitch is

1.Bersekers boots

2.Tiamat

3.Tiamat

4.Tiamat

5.Phantom

6.Phantom

Then switch bersekers boots for an infinity edge or Bloodthurster

@MrXorizon well idduno but the scaling of expunge. But in a teamfight ull have to get like 6 stacks with ult then burst with e to be effective which is impossible. No dps on AD carry is shit.

Hey man. I was running Crit Dmg quints to be full mega glasscannon but that HP quints thing is the best. Flawless victories in ranked (x\0\x). Thanks man.
