Just a short little ditty I wrote this afternoon. I have to say that the repeated riff was inspired by ningyoko's videos, which are all very lovely. I am, it seems a writer of sad songs. I tried to write something a bit more cheerful, though I think even this has a dark edge. But what can you do?

But our forecast is bleak for the morning

I'm trouble enough, that's agreed
But I'm working on plans to succeed, if you just give me time...
I'll wake with sunrise, my time utilised
Write sweet songs for you in the morning
And when you awake, I'll share them with you
Though you're bleary eyed and still yawning
And I'm confident that you will see
Past the issues I hold close to me
I'll make sure that I don't disagree
With everything you say...
