99 Red Balloons

We had a bbq, a helium tank, and over 100 red balloons. We filled up 99 and bunched them together (and then some extras to just play with). Cooked out some awesome burgers, and then walked through the engineering school over to the lawn to launch them all one by one :)

Awesome! The song has a meaning to my family. We had to fight for my son to attend public school. He knew this song by kindergarten. His first day of school, as a matter of personal celebration or maybe in protest of people making things too hard for a child, I and some friends released, 99 Red Balloons near his school. Now, he is a senior. Top of his class. Again, I will release 99 Red Balloons, cause we have won our personal war.

I would have loved to see the bus driver's expression once you all got on with the balloons! Very nice repeat!
