BoF 2 Epi. 179: Boss Barubary (Success)

This time I come to the table with a few WiseBls and six extracts. That proves to be enough for this confrontation. I did not record myself obtaining these items, but I did so by fighting on Monster Island and getting things Cooked by that one guy.

This will be the Final Sub-Boss before Evans. I guess you should make sure you have done everything that you wanted to do.

dude... allyou need to face this guy is like,36roasts,that saves a lot of space,and 27 wiseBL... with that,you can fight him one on one

I didn't think of that, since I can never get that many Roasts. Hunting is not one of my favorite tasks in this game. I suppose I could try it when I have Shamanized Bow...

The time I fought him alone, I just used guts whenever I needed healing. However, if you use it to much, it just stops working so I recommend using extracts which the monsters drop on the tiny island northeast of where the shaman lady's old house and forest was.

In that round,the game will make your HP/AP full,so have Ryu cast G Dragon,then Wise BL,then G dragon again,and the time his life decreases to Half,Give him roasts... follow that strategy,after 4 G. Dragon,Barubary is over,then he'll show you the way to the treasure...

the technique against him is,at round 1,If you hAve the team of Tyu,Rand,Bleu,Bow...have ryu cast G.Dragon,If Bow got the Missile spell from Barose,have him cast that,then bolt x from blue,then normal attack from rand...

after that,Barubary will challenge you to fight him one on one,say yes...
