@lilduck99 It is significant, and will be even moreso if the borders are not locked down to stop the bleeding. I could break it down for you and show you how much energy it is costing us daily, but I dont have the time right now as it is dinnertime and I have to make my way to the Dairy Queen for a couple of cheezedogs.
@calimar28 Oh please. You and your labels again. What's new.? $20.00 of $300.00 dollars is a decent size but not a significant amount in the big picture.
@lilduck99 Be that as at may, you wont acknowledge that the broken borders problem adds to our fuel consumtion in a significant way, and for that, you get the dunce cap you ridiculous kid.
@calimar28 Your being stupid all over again. I'm not pro open borders. This is why people like you never win arguments. You're stupid! You can't go around making assumptions then trying to bash them based on YOUR assumption. I'm not for increased immigration. Are we reading the same posts? Immigration and energy are irrelevant. I'm done posting. You are a troll, obvious troll.
@lilduck99 What a dummy if you think you can talk about energy, without talking about immigration. The two are hand in hand. And 20m plus 5m a year "not a lot"? How silly of you to say so! I noticed you say 'Im not for open boarders" and hten drop it, because you dont want to get into particulars. Your for amnisty, which is the same thing as pro open boarders. You cannot be for energy saving, plus increased immigration/amnisty at the same time...you just cant. Now, how do you like them apples?
@calimar28 20M of 350M is a small percentage. I'm not pro-open borders. You are one ignorant idiot. You are blatantly stupid. You can't understand anything. Go finish high school before engaging in any political conversations. All you do is label and assume. That will get you no where. How you jumped from harvesting energy to immigration is beyond me. Trying to make a point out of it is even sillier. This has carried on longer than it should have. We can agree to disagree.
@lilduck99 So you see, it will take years to come up with something to replace coal and oil...meantime our consumption is tremendous and you dont want to talk about that part because your pro-open borders! You can run lilduck99, but you cant hide!
@lilduck99 20 million people are a "small percentage"? Nevermind the anchor babies (500,000 a year)! Plus additonal 2 million legals a year, plus 3 million overstayed visas a year! Put it all together, and it equals 5.5 million a year + 20 million illegals...and thats eats up HUGE oil and resources! That is apples and apples.
@calimar28 You aren't comparing apples with apples. Arguing that immigration and new ways of harvesting energy are similiar topics is a lost cause from the start. Illegal aliens make up a small percentage of the users of oil in the United States when you look at the big picture. Either way, the solution that could fix both is better ways of getting energy and not relying on oil.
@lilduck99 There is a nadful of enviromentalists that are for closing the borders and reducing immigration to really slow down the USA's energy consumption, and to slow population growth thus saving the land trees and air...but those enviromentalists speechs are always squletched by the democrat party who wants none of it to be heard. You cannot expect the USA to "go green" without doing something about immigration.
