彿山輪於1971年因颱風"露絲"襲港而沉沒，船上92名船員只得4人獲救。
Typhoon "Rose" affected Hong Kong in 1971. The "Fat Shan", a Hong Kong - Macau Ferry was sunk. Most of the deaths occurred on board the capsized "Fat Shan". Of the 92 people on board, there were only four survivors
