@GuardianAngel5150 Blatant ignorance like this makes me understand why some CrossFitters are so defensive... I have done TRX workouts. Great stuff and i think it is an awesome product... that being said rings work just as good or better. I think its a step in the right direction. BTW membership at my box cost $40/month for most members and you can cancel at anytime. Compare that to most gyms. Their financial success depends on binding contracts, people who don't show up, and a high turnover.

@GuardianAngel5150 At crossfit we train for strength as well, just go to the crossfit.com webpage and youll see that some days we do workouts of 3 rep Sholuder presses, or Squats to increase strength. I would say that TRX its also a great tool with the limitation of the 2 cords tied together which do not allow the fredom the gym rings have. Take care.

This is far more difficult than anything Cross Fit has to offer. Cross fit is about reps and body-weight gayness, max reps, no intensity.
TRX eliminates the intensity question. It MAKES YOU be intense becasue it's forcing you into an abnormal range of motion and level which NO CROSS FITTERS EVER do.
Pay the 500 bucks a month for some Cross Fitter tell you to do 10 X 10 Pull ups, and run up and down the track, but ask that same cross fitter to actually use this?
They'd shit their pants!
@GuardianAngel5150 What are you talking about? CrossFit uses plenty of weight lifting exercises which require the "intensity" you are talking about. Olympic Lifting, Power Lifting, Kettle bells, Dumbbells etc... Furthermore CrossFit uses gymnastic rings which is exactly what TRX is. muscle ups, ring dips etc. Lastly no one in the world pays 500 dollars a month at a CrossFit gym. Instead of spewing all that nonsense out of you pie-hole, do some research. Or help get TRX into CrossFit gyms.
