Nine Inch Nails? In MY Little Pony? It's likelier than you think!

This is a music video in three scenes, each of which tells a separate and disjoint story:

SCENE 1

Fluttershy and Pinkie Pie are two borderline cases verging on psychosis, and are under the delusion that Princess Celestia is a tyrannical dictator and that Spike is her sinister right-hand man. Pinkie Pie dreams of one day cornering and abducting Spike in order to torture and interrogate him, while Fluttershy has her eyes on Celestia, imagining a day when she will rise up and free Equestria from her iron hoof.

SCENE 2

Applejack is a wealthy business owner who owns a food chain in partnership with Pinkie Pie. Ever since she was a young foal, she has been selfish to the core, only dreaming of making it rich and crushing the competition. She has no compunction against cutting corners when it comes to the health safety of her products, and instead shuts up those who try to bring to light her dark business practices. Rainbow Dash is wise to her schemes, however, and one day hopes to reveal to the world just how dirty her business is - but what she doesn't know is that she may be getting in way over her head.

SCENE 3

Trixie is a fabulously adored performer, which attracts much ire and jealousy from Twilight Sparkle, who resents both her and Snips and Snails, Trixie's two most faithful admirers. Twilight Sparkle hopes to one day upstage her, and finally claim the glory that she feels she deserves instead of Trixie.

This is a VERY experimental piece - I don't recall seeing many PMVs like this before, perhaps with good reason! I'll leave the decision up to the viewer regarding whether this experiment was a success or a failure. Either way, though, I had a lot of fun making this. I wanted to branch out from what I've already done with pony videos to date, and this seemed as far away from my previous videos as it could get, so I figured what the hay.
