MSTRKRFT + Wolfmother, Parklife Brisbane 29/09/07

Parklife Brisbane 29th September 2007.

Ken and I did a couple dueling VJ spots on the night. MSTRKRFT + Busp P were Ken's sets but after visuals for Justice got the axe we thought it might be a good idea to double up in parts. It was a lot of fun, I can certainly see why him and Rach (Strictly + Lowdown) do things that way. For once we were front of house and in a position to film a bit of the show. This clip has footage from both of us. Basically - the Wolfmother graphics, kaleidoscopic stuff is Ken and the fire and explosive is me. I'm not sure who bumped the camera!

Nice work Richard. Love the paint splatter parts and the particle/cloud explosions. Fantastic. Did we ever show you the Statler & Waldorf footage at Freedom Festival Jaymis edited? Your vis in the background were great.

Whats with MSTRKRFT and the microphone? Did he ever shut up? Also what are the two vertical black bands in the footage from? Anyway good to see some of your more recent work!
